工厂化生产杏鲍菇优良菌株的筛选

摘    要:以菌丝生长速度、生长势、产量、子实体栽培性状及栽培周期为指标,对7个杏鲍菇菌株进行对比试验,旨在筛选出适合工厂化栽培的杏鲍菇菌株。试验结果表明,7号菌株(龙海3号)菌丝生长速度快,生长势旺盛,单瓶产量达343g,菌盖平均直径为3.98cm,菌柄平均长为13.02cm,菌柄平均直径为4.23cm,生物学转化率为57.2%。

Abstract:In this paper, 7 Pleurotus eryngii strains were screened by the indicators of growth rate and growth potential of mycelia, yields of four strains of Pleurotus eryngii, encarpium cultivated character and cultivated period in order to select superior Pleurotus eryngii strain in the industrial production.
