| Abstract: | In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography and national standard method were used to determine VC in fruits and vegetables.Through the precision,accuracy,recovery methods,etc.,such as comparative results showed that liquid chromatography was an efficient,fast,accurate and high sensitivity separation analysis method. |
