西北旱塬区玉米品种表型聚类分析及适应性评价

摘    要:以25个玉米品种为材料,采用聚类分析和灰色关联度分析综合评价等方法,对玉米品种的田间调查结果、主要农艺性状、产量因素及产量进行适应性综合评价。结果表明,科河699和先玉335倒伏严重;农艺性状中秃尖长变异系数最大,其次是穗位高和株高。聚类分析将25个品种分为3类,第Ⅰ类包括新玉108等11份材料,特点为株高较高、穗短且细、秃尖较长和产量低,属于低产类型的品种;第Ⅱ类包括京科627等9份材料,特点为植株高大、穗粗且长、穗行数较小、粒较重和产量高,属于丰产类型的种质;第Ⅲ类包括九玉W03等5份材料,植株特点为植株矮小、穗长和穗粗适中,秃尖短、粒多和产量适中,属于中产类型的品种。结合聚类分析和灰色关联度综合评价,MC670、MC618、京科627、延科288和MC703等品种综合表现较好,可以作为储备品种继续试验,检验其性状重演性。

Abstract:Chose 25 maize varieties as the experimental material, studied their main agronomic traits, yield and adaptability in this area. The results showed that, Kehe699 and Xianyu335 had serious lodging, the variable coefficient of barren tip was largest in main agronomic traits, while ear height and plant height were next.Cluster analysis divided all material into three classes, the first class included 11 varieties, which characteristics were tall plant, short and thin ear, long barren tip and low yield; the second class included 9 varieties, which characteristics were tall plant, long and thick ear, low row per ear, the heavier hundred grain weight and high yield; the third class included 5 varieties, which characteristics were short plant, modest ear, short barren tip and moderate yield. The second and third classes adapted to the environment of this area. MC670, MC618, Jingke627, Yanke288, and MC703 were screened through cluster analysis and grey relational degree comprehensive evaluation.
