| 摘 要： | 在果洛地区应用阿维菌素、丙硫咪唑对放牧绵羊进行冬季(1～2月)一次投药后的防治效果进行监测。结果：阿维菌素、丙硫咪唑投药羊与末投药羊比较，绵羊胃肠道线虫卵平均EPG分别低43．34％和67．31％；肺线虫幼虫分别低74．27％和90.57％。证明二种药物均能在较长时间内保持绵羊体内低荷虫量，能有效阻止线虫春季高潮，减少春乏死亡。

| Abstract: | The prophylactic-therapeutic effect for the endoparasite of grazing sheep administered avermectin and albendazole in winter in Guoluo area was examined.The results showed that the average EPG of the thread-worm in gastrointestinal tract of the sheep administered avermectin and albendazole was 43.34% and 67.31% lower than that of the sheep not administered the drugs,and the one of lung thread-worm was lower 74.27% and 90.57% resp.It was proved that the low thread-worm number in the sheep could be maintained by both drugs in the longer period. |
