| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with the concentration of Chinese yam protein from its aqueous solution.The tests were conducted by a middle scale microfiltrator/nanofiltrator with a commercial negatively charged membrane.The appropriate operation conditions were determined,and this method was proved to be feasible. |
