摘    要:目的]研究聚乙二醇(PEG)浸老化种子对茎瘤芥幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法]使用不同浓度PEG6000(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%),以不同处理时间(4h、8h、12h、16h、20h、24h)浸老化种子后,测定茎瘤芥幼苗叶片MDA含量。结果]与对照相比,不同浓度PEG6000以不同处理时间浸老化种子后,茎瘤芥幼苗叶片MDA含量均显著下降(P〈0.05)。结论]25%PEG6000浸老化种子12h,幼苗叶片MDA含量降幅最大,效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective]Effects of soaking aged seeds with PEG on MDA content of seedling leaves of tumorous stem mustard were studied.
