| 摘 要： | 造林成效定量评价具有很重要的意义。以造林贡献率的定义和算法作为造林成效评价的指标,根据8次森林资源调查资料和近60年全国造林面积数据进行分析,认为1950—2008年,全国累计造林面积26 137.92万hm2,人工造林累计成林面积增加,森林覆盖率10.44个百分点。但人工林成林后采伐和征占用达38.45%,保存面积为61.55%。60年全国造林贡献率平均为38.44%,最近15年造林贡献率平均为50.20%,造林成效正在逐渐提高。在造林立地条件较差,投入较低,采伐利用较大的情况下,我国人工造林取得较大成绩,人工林林产品供应在木材、林化工业和药用原料、食用产品、生态产品等方面,占有重要的地位。1950—2008年,60年森林采伐总蓄积量为154.52亿m3,获得木材总计92.71亿m3;其中采伐人工林蓄积量达15.41亿m3,占采伐森林总蓄积的10%,近5年已达到39.44%。
