摘    要:林业数字化的关键是林场数字化,林场数字化决定于小班的数字化.该文结合甘肃省基层林场的管理现状,从小班管理入手,通过对小班卡片信息的整理与提取及图形的扫描矢量化,建立了小班属性数据库及图形数据库,并按照小班→林班→营林区→林场→林业局逐级汇总的原则,结合林业部门经常应用的报表形式,研建了林场级森林资源管理信息系统.该系统能够自动统计生成各种报表,同时还输出基本图、林相图、森林分布图等各种图面材料,实现一体化查询,解决了基层林场数字化建设的关键问题.

Abstract:Digitalized forest farm is the key point of digitalized forestry,and mainly depends on digitalized subcompartment.According to the current management of forest farms in Gansu Province and starting with the management of subcompartment,a subcompartment attribute database and an image database were established by arranging and extracting the information of subcompartment cards and by image vectorizion.Following the principle of collecting information from lower level to higher level in a forestry production system,i.e.from subcompartment,compartment and forest area to forest farm,forestry bureau,a forest resource management system was developed.The system can automatically generate various statistic tables which are usually applied in forestry practice.It can also output various images including basic maps,forest maps,forest distribution maps and so on.With the system,integrative query is realized and the key issue of construction of digitalized forest farms is solved.
