中华鳖爆发性传染病研究——Ⅳ.不同生化类型嗜水气单胞菌aer基因的PCR比较

摘    要:用PCR技术对 5 2株不同来源和不同毒力的鳖源嗜水气单胞菌的aer基因进行了比较和分析。结果表明 ,b、d、e和 g四种生化型的嗜水气单胞菌含有特异的 2 0 9bp片段 ,而c和f两种生化型和其他鳖源致病菌却呈阴性反应 ,显示并非所有的嗜水气单孢菌都有aer基因 (产生气溶素 )。

Abstract:PCR technique was used to analyse and compare aer gene of 52 strains of Aeromonas hydrophlla from different sources and with different toxicity which were isolated from moribund soft-shell turtles. The results showed that four biochemical reaction types (types b, d, e and g) of the strains had a special 209bp fragment. However, types c, f and other pathogens isolated from the infectious turtles gave negative results, indicating that not all pathogenic A. hydrophlla and bacterial pathogens contain aer gene coding aerolysin.
