核桃幼苗嫁接技术研究

摘    要:目的]为核桃嫁接苗大田快速繁育技术研究提供关键技术,缩短育苗周期。方法]通过室外芽嫁和幼苗嫁接在相同的时间进行嫁接对比试验,室外芽嫁采用目前最先进最普遍使用的方块芽接,幼苗嫁接采用独创的对芽贴皮接。结果]幼苗嫁接最高成活率达98.1%,室外芽接最高成活率达75.3%,幼苗嫁接高于室外芽接成活率22.8%;幼苗嫁接综合平均成活率为80.3%,室外芽接综合平均成活率为65.4%,幼苗嫁接高于室外芽接成活率14.9%;幼苗嫁接的接穗抽稍平均最高为81.8cm,室外芽接嫁接的接穗抽稍平均最高为75.1cm,幼苗嫁接的接穗抽稍高于室外芽嫁接6.7cm;幼苗嫁接接穗抽稍综合平均为60.3cm,室外芽接接穗抽稍综合平均为54.9cm,幼苗嫁接接穗抽稍综合平均高于室外芽接接穗抽稍综合平均5.4cm。结论]幼苗嫁接成活率高,苗木质量好,操作简便,繁殖速度快、省工、省料、成本低,育苗周期短,群众容易接受,其技术领先于目前国内外所报道的先进技术和先进方法。

Research on the Technology of Grafting of Walnuts Seedlings

Abstract:Objective]The reserach aimed to provide key technology for the quick reproducing of walnuts grafted seedlings and reduce the nursery cycle.Method] Compare the results of bud grafting outdoors and seedlings grafting in the same time,bud grafting outdoors adopts the most advanced and popular square bud grafting,seedlings grafting adopts the innovative under-skin grafting of contraposition bud.Result] The highest survivability of seedlings grafting is 98.1%,the highest survivability of bud grafting outdoors is 75.3%,the survivability of seedlings grafting is 22.8% higher than the survivability of bud grafting outdoors,the average survivability of seedlings grafting is 80.3%,the average survivability of bud grafting outdoors is 65.4%,the average survivability of seedlings grafting outdoors is 14.9%;The average highest height of scion of seedlings grafting is 81.8 cm,the average highest height of scion of bud grafting outdoors is 75.1 cm,the height of scion of seedlings grafting is 6.7cm higher than the bud grafting outdoors;the average height of scion of seedlings grafting is 60.3 cm,the average height of scion of bud grafting outdoors is 54.9 cm,the average height of scion of seedlings grafting is 5.4 cm higher than the scion of bud grafting outdoors.Conclusion]The survivability of seedlings grafting is very high and the seedlings are of high quality.It is easy to operate,which can reproduce quickly,save labor,save materials,and has a low cost.The cycle of nursing seedlings is short and easy to be accepted by people.This technology takes lead among the reported advanced technology and methods all over the world.
