芦笋紫斑病病原鉴定及生物学特性和药剂筛选研究

摘    要:芦笋紫斑病是上海市郊保护地大棚栽培芦笋上的主要病害之一,该病一般在每年的5月开始发生,6~7月的黄梅季节是发病的高峰,主要危害芦笋主茎以及枝条。通过形态鉴定和病菌核糖体DNA ITS序列的测定及分析,表明上海地区芦笋紫斑病病原菌为葱叶枯匍柄霉(Stemphylium botryosum)。试验结果表明该菌菌丝生长适宜最适温度为24℃,单糖、双糖和硝酸钠有利于病菌菌丝的生长。咪鲜胺、异菌脲、苯醚甲环唑等9种杀菌剂对病菌菌丝生长具有显著的抑制作用。

Abstract:Purple spot disease is one of the important diseases on the asparagus in the plastic sheds in Shanghai suburb.It mainly infected the stems and branches of asparagus during mid-May to late October.Morphological identification and blast results of ITS sequence proved that Stemphylium botryosum was the pathogen of purple spot on asparagus in Shanghai.It grows best on PSA at 24 ℃.Monosaccharide,disaccharide and nitrate nitrogen are the best carbonate and nitrogen sources for mycelial growth respectively.Nine fungicides(prochloraz,iprodione,difenoconazole etc.)exhibited the highest inhibition to the mycelial growth of S.botryosum.
