| 摘 要： | ［目的］寻找影响石楠组培苗生根的关键因子。［方法］首先比较生长素NAA、IBA及蔗糖不同浓度对石楠试管苗（2～3cm）生根的影响，并选用IBA和NAA2种生长素，分别设3种浓度，通过光、暗（8d）培养对比试验，研究生长素和暗培养时间对石楠组培苗生根的影响。［结果］生根培养中适当降低蔗糖的浓度、前期暗培养8d能显著提高石楠组培苗的生根率和生根数。生长素是石楠生根所必需的，培养基中同时添加NAA和IBA有利于根的分化，石楠组培苗在1/2MS＋IBA0.5mg/L＋NAA0.5mg/L＋蔗糖20g/L培养基中生根率和生根数最高，分别为75.7%和6.9。［结论］为石楠规模化生产和转基因育种提供了理论依据。
