| 摘 要： | 随着越来越多的学生升入高校学习深造并最终走向社会,传统的教学模式在其毕业设计与就业间产生了突出的矛盾,这不仅影响了教学质量,也对毕业生的就业产生了不利影响。针对这一问题,提出提前进行毕业设计,给就业让路;毕业设计选题确立＂专业＋行业＋实用＂三位一体原则;毕业设计过程做到＂实习＋设计＋就业＂相结合的目标;合理安排组织,毕业设计和就业招聘会双管齐下等解决措施。

| Abstract: | As more and more students to continue their post-graduate institutions of higher learning and,ultimately,into society,a striking contradiction will come into being between the traditional teaching model in the design and employment of its graduates,which not only affects the quality of teaching,but also produces adversely effect on the employment of graduates.So,the author proposes some new approach to resolve this contradiction based on his own exploration in recent years and in reference to the literature.It provides a strong reference for improving the quality of graduates＇ graduation design and employment rates,and has a certain practical significance too. |
