| 摘 要： | 采用4水平5因素（乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间、pH值、浸泡温度）正交试验，优选从向日葵叶中提取绿原酸的最佳提取工艺．结果表明：稀醇法为最佳提取方法；最佳提取工艺为以10倍70％乙醇为浸提液，pH值调至6．0，80℃水浴浸泡，回流3h，所得绿原酸含量最高．
