火鸡输精间隔天数、量和时刻对受精率的影响

摘    要:采用3因素正交旋转回归试验研究了3种因素即输精间隔天数X_1、输精量X_2、输精时刻X_3对大型宽胸白火鸡种蛋受精率影响作用的大小和交互作用。3种因素的上水平(+1)、零水平(0)、下水平(-1)分别为:X_1(7、10、14天)、X_2(0.025ml、0.0375ml、0.0500ml)、X_3(15.00时、18.00时、21.00时),按正交表L_8(2~7)设计试验方案,整个试验从2月28日开始至4月26日结束。试验结果经处理分析,得回归方程: (?)=85.8+6.975X_1+3.125X_2-2.9X_3-0.175X_1X_2+2.3X_1X_3-2.1X_2X_3显著性检验表明,该回归方程拟合得好且显著。回归系数经t检验,剔除不显著项,方程为: (?)=85.8+6.975X_1+3.125X_2-2.9X_3+2.3X_1X_3-2.1X_2X_3 上述回归方程通过计算分析,表明输精间隔天数对受精率的影响是主要的,输精量和时刻在试验条件范围内比较输精间隔天数对受精率的影响是次要的。在某一时刻输精,采用一定的输精量,缩短输精间隔天数可提高受精率;期望达到某一水平的受精率。要减少输精量(在0.0250~0.0500ml范围内),就得相应延长输精间隔天数。采用一定的输精量,将输精时刻提前,就得相应缩短输精间隔天数,才能获得预期水平的受精率。遵循回归方程规律,选择适宜的输精间隔天数、输精量和输精时刻,制定出火鸡授精最佳实施方案,以提高火鸡种蛋受精率。

EFFECT OF INTERVAL BETWEEN INSEMINATION, DOSE AND TIME OF ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION ON FERTILITY RATE OF TURKEY

Abstract:Effect of interval between insemination (X1, 7, 10 or 14 day), dose (X2, 0.025, 0.0375 or 0.0500ml) and time (X3, 15.00, 18.00. or 21.00H) of artificial insemination on fertility rate of white heavy-weight turkey was measured in a orthogonal polynomial designed experiment (L_3(2~7)) from Feb. 28 to April 26. The orthogonal regression equation calculated from the data was as follows:(?)=85.8+6.975X1+3.123X2-2.9X3-0.175X1X2+2.3X1X3-2.1X2X3Fitness of the equation was high and signficant. By the stepwise regression analysis, the following equation was derived.(?)=85.8+6.975X1+3.125X2-2.9X3+2.3X1X3-2.1X2X3The equation indicated that interval between insemination largely affected fertility rate, compared with the dose and time. At a given time, shorter interval enhanced fertility rate in a given dose. To get ideal fertility rate, interval increased with the decrease of dose, while interval became short with the early insemination in a certain dose. The optimal artificial insemination program may be estabolised on the basis of the consideration of the suitable interval, dose and time of insemination in order to raise the fertility rate of turkey.
