中槐茶等几种茶叶中微量元素的光谱测定及其评价

摘    要:对中槐茶、绿茶、红茶和茯茶中人体必需微量元素进行原子吸收光谱测定,结果表明这些茶叶中都含有丰富的营养元素,因此饮茶可作为补充人体必需微量元素的途径之一.其中尤以绿茶中微量元素含量最为丰富,而中槐茶除铁以外含量比其他茶均低。

Abstract:The micro elements necessary to human body in Zhonghuai tca.black tca and brick tca are determined with atomic absorption spectrum and the results indicate that these tcas are abundant in nutrimcntal elements,tca-drinking is one of the ways to supply neclssary micro elements to human body.Especially,green the contains the richest micro elements while Zhonghuai tca contains the least except iron.
