乳品企业风险及其成因研究

摘    要:文章首先在提出乳品企业面临风险问题的基础上,对其风险的种类进行了深入分析,认为乳品企业面临着3种主要风险:产品风险、产业链风险和发展模式与发展速度风险,进而对其成因进一步剖析,初步判断为由内部环境因素与外部环境因素导致。得出结论:乳品企业应该针对不同种风险主要成因,在不同发展阶段有的放矢地进行协调与控制,从而达到以最低的投入来实现最大程度的风险规避。

Abstract:After risks the dairy enterprises faced been pointed out, all the risk were analyzed and been classified into three catalogs, i.e. product risk, industrial chain risk and developing pattern and developing speed risk. These risks are caused by internal and external factors. The internal factors include hard and soft factors, whereas the external factors include policy factor, natural environmental factor, the industry factor and the market factor. Some theoretical references were provided in the paper for the dairy enterprises to reduce the risks.
