低温胁迫下不同砧木嫁接黄瓜幼苗保护酶活性的比较

摘    要:目的]比较不同砧木嫁接黄瓜苗期抗寒性,为新品种的选育及推广提供理论依据。方法]以新培育的白籽南瓜A1、A2、B1和B3嫁接黄瓜为试材,黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜为对照,对低温(5℃)胁迫48h内叶片的保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定。结果]B1与对照在胁迫过程中叶片的保护酶活性和MDA含量均无明显差异;A2在低温胁迫0~24 h与对照的保护酶活性和MDA含量均无显著差异,之后差异逐渐增大,当低温胁迫36和48 h时保护酶活性显著低于对照而MDA含量则显著高于对照;A1和B3在整个胁迫过程中保护酶活性均明显低于对照,MDA含量均明显高于对照,且随低温胁迫时间的延长差异越显著。结论]B1嫁接黄瓜与对照抗寒性无明显差异;A2嫁接黄瓜短时间(0~24 h)抗寒性与对照相近,之后不及对照;A1和B3嫁接黄瓜的抗寒性不及对照。

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to give theoretical foundation for seed selection and popularization through comparing the different grafted cucumber seedlings,cold resistance.Method]Protective enzymes(SOD、POD and CAT)and MDA contents of different grafted cucumber seedlings,leaves were tested within 48 h under cold stress,with the new nurtured white seed A1、A2、B1、B3 grafting on cucumber as experimental material and cucurbita ficifolia grafting on cucumber as comparison.Rssult]The results showed that there was no significant difference of protective enzymes and MDA content between B1 and CK during the whole cold temperature stress;there was no significant difference of protective enzymes(SOD、POD and CAT)and MDA content between A2 and CK within 0-24 h under cold temperature stress,then the differences increased little by little,the protective enzymes activity of A2 were obviously lower than CK and the MDA content of A2 was obviously higher than CK at 36h and 48h under low temperature stress;the protective enzymes activity of A2 and B3 were lower than CK and the MDA content were higher than CK during the whole cold temperature stress,and the difference were more and more obviously along with time extension.Conclusion] There was no significant difference of the cold resistance between B1 and CK;there was no significant difference of the cold resistance between A2 and CK within 0-24 h,later A2 was lower than CK;A1 and B3 were inferior to CK.
