枸杞多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化枸杞多糖的超声波辅助提取工艺。方法]通过与传统工艺的比较,选取料液比、提取时间和提取功率3个因素进行超声波辅助提取的正交试验,并对优化条件下的提取产物进行红外光谱分析。结果]超声波辅助提取法的最佳工艺为:提取时间40min,提取功率100 W,料液比1∶20,枸杞多糖得率为4.724%。此外,红外光谱分析结果显示提取产物中含有多糖。结论]超声波辅助提取法具有快速、高效、节能和提取率高等优点,且极大提高了药材的利用率。
