| 摘 要： | 目的]构建农村土地流转意愿度模型,分析2007年1月重庆市农村土地流转意愿。方法]运用经济学理论构建农村土地流转意愿度模型,运用实证调查数据和2005~2009年重庆市统计年鉴数据算出重庆市农村土地流转意愿度,分析农户土地流转的供给意愿。结果]重庆市农户边际非农经营净收益为每年1 358.21元/人,边际农业经营净收益为每年156.29元/人,边际土地流转净收益为每年65.10元/人;非农经营风险为0.031 2,农业经营风险为0.3523;土地流转意愿度为102.83。结论]重庆市农户具有强烈的土地流转意愿。
