| 摘 要： | RNAi（RNA interference）技术为基因功能分析提供了有效的手段,并在抗病毒的基因治疗及防控研究中取得了一些阶段性成果。笔者综述了RNAi及其抗病毒研究的现状,重点回顾了RNAi抗口蹄疫病毒（FMDV）的研究进展,并对RNAi抗病毒研究前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | RNAi(RNA interference)technology is effective in gene function analysis,also has achieved progress in the phrasal sense in anti-virus gene treatment and prevention and research aspects.The current state of the research on RNAi and anti-Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus is summarized in this paper,which has focused on the research progress of FMDV,and puts forward a blueprint for the RNAi anti-virus research. |
