摘    要:目的]研究化学液剂对栀子花干燥的效果。方法]测定6种液剂配方对栀子花失水率、重量变化及感观分值的影响。结果]甘油替代花中水分具有维持花朵形状效果,亚硫酸钠可防止花朵褐变,提高了栀子花的观赏价值。结论]液剂配方D(10%甘油+6%柠檬酸+2%亚硫酸钠)的感观分值和观赏效果最好。

Effect of Glycerol and Glycerol Compound Formula on the Quality of Dried Gardenia jasminoides Flowers

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the drying effect of chemical liquid on Gardenia jasminoides flowers.Method]The effects of six liquid formulas on the water loss rate,weight change and sensory scores of Gardenia jasminoides flowers were determined.Result]Glycerine instead of water could maintain the shape of flowers,sodium sulfite could prevent the flowers from browning,thus improving the ornamental value of Gardenia jasminoides flowers.Conclusion]The liquid formula D(10% glycerin + 6% citric acid+2% sodium sulfite solution) could achieve the optimal ornamental effect and sensory scores of Gardenia jasminoides flowers.
