| 摘 要： | 从我国宏观经济政策层面出发,结合国内对外贸易现状,以宏观经济学、国际金融学和国际贸易等相关学科的理论为指导,分析了在扩大内需背景下,对外贸易发展存在的主要问题。分别是进口减少,出口成本增加;出口下降,外贸易规模萎缩;引发贸易保护,带来通货膨胀;吸引短期游资炒作,增加经济波动风险。并提出相应的对策建议：积极应对人民币升值压力,有效提升人民币的抗风险能力,坚决维护人民币币值稳定,减小国际贸易摩擦;转变外贸增长方式,促进对外贸易产业升级和产品更新换代,提升外贸效益,形成领域内有效的价格竞争机制;加大贸易扶持力度,改善贸易发展环境,正确处理政府与外贸企业的关系,积极应诉＂双反＂调查;管理通货膨胀,遏制热钱炒作。
