摘    要:目的]筛选能够提高杨树抗溃疡病能力的优良菌根真菌。方法]分别采用6种菌根真菌(代号分别为:Xc、Li、La、Be、Pt1、Pt2)接种895杨,接种150 d后测定杨树枝条的POD活性;对6种菌根化895杨接种杨树溃疡病菌,以未接种菌根真菌的杨树为对照,调查不同处理杨树溃疡病的发病情况。结果]除La处理外,其他895杨菌根苗的POD活性均显著高于对照。菌根真菌处理可明显延长895杨的存活时间,其中Be处理895杨的存活时间比对照延长42 d;La、Pt2、Be接种后,杨树溃疡病潜伏侵染发病死亡率明显低于对照,其中接种Be的杨树幼苗感病死亡率为0;Be处理的895杨最抗病,其次为Pt2、Xc、Li处理。结论]采用Be、Pt2、Xc、Li接种可提高895杨对溃疡病的抗性。
