沼肥对大棚芹菜生长影响的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨沼肥对大棚芹菜生长发育和品质的影响。方法]试验分为施沼肥、化肥、农家肥和不施肥4组,沼肥组设3个施肥量(5%、10%和15%),采用盆栽法,研究不同施肥组和沼肥浓度对大棚芹菜生物量和品质的影响。结果]与施用农家肥、化肥相比,施用沼肥有利于增加芹菜的生物量,改善芹菜品质,提高芹菜中还原糖、总糖、维生素C及全效氮、磷含量,降低有害物质硝酸盐的含量。沼肥浓度对芹菜生物量和品质有影响,施用10%的沼肥比施用5%和15%的更有利于提高芹菜的生物量,而沼肥浓度对芹菜品质的影响则随着浓度的增加,芹菜还原糖、总糖、维C及全效氮、磷、钾含量也逐渐增加。结论]施用沼肥对提高芹菜的生物量及品质有明显影响。
