摘    要:2010年9月16~17日,辽宁省气象局在水资源严重匮乏的朝阳、阜新、锦州、沈阳北部组织实施了飞机、火箭联合增雨作业,此次人工增雨作业区普降小到中雨,局部大雨,有效地增加了辽西北地区水资源量。从天气形势、需水情况、降水预报、增雨潜力、方案设计、实时指挥等方面详细介绍了这次增雨作业过程,为以后的人工增雨作业提高参考。

Analysis on an Artificial Precipitation Enhancement Process in Autumn of 2010 in Liaoning Province

Abstract:A large scale aircraft,rocket joint artificial rainfall operation was carried out by Liaoning Meteorological Bureau in severe water shortage areas,namely,Chaoyang,Fuxin,Jinzhou and North Shenyang from September 16 to 17 of 2010,moreover,this operation generated light to moderate rain throughout all the regions and heavy rainfall in some areas,which achieved a very good effect and increased water resources in Northwest Liaoning.The synoptic situation,water-need situation,precipitation forecast,precipitation enhancement potential,schematic design,real-time command were introduced in detail in order to provide a reference for artificial precipitation enhancement.
