| 摘 要： | 依据《2009年河北统计年鉴》中关于农民纯收入的相关数据,选取地区生产总值x1、第一产业总产值x2、第一产业就业人数x3和生产性大牲畜头数x4等7个指标,对影响农民人均纯收入的因素进行分析。结果表明,地区生产总值x1、第一产业总产值x2与人均纯收入正相关,影响程度最大;非农行业总产值x5、地方财政支出x6是影响农民收入的重要因素;农民个人固定投资总额x7虽与农民收入呈正相关,但影响程度较小;第一产业就业人数x3和生产性大牲畜头数x4的回归系数为负,与农村居民家庭人均纯收入呈负相关。基于上述分析,提出了提高农民纯收入的对策建议：一是优化农村产业结构,促进第一产业发展,提高地区生产总值;二是拓宽非农经济发展渠道,吸纳农村剩余劳动力;三是加大地方财政支出,拓展＂三农＂发展空间。
