| 摘 要： | 新农村文化建设是新农村建设的重要组成,非物质文化遗产保护与开发是我国当前文化建设的核心任务之一,农村是非物质文化遗产成长的摇篮,是非物质文化遗产的活力源泉,新农村文化建设和非物质文化遗产保护与开发之间关系紧密。在新农村文化建设背景下,坚持政府主导,以农民为主体,资金为保障,制造文化建设良好舆论,并持之以恒,必将推动非物质文化遗产保护与开发工作的更进一步发展。
