| 摘 要： | 目的]讨论常见谷物中微量元素的分布及相关性。方法]用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了6种陕西常见谷物中微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn和Ca的含量。结果]不同地区由于土壤、气候等因素不同,所产粮食中微量元素存在一定差别。结论]采用对应分析法对谷物微量元素相关性进行分析是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective]To discusse the distribution and correlation of trace elements in common grains.Method]The contents of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and Ca in six kinds of common trace elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Result]The trace elements contents of Cereals in different regions were different due to soil,climate and other factors.Conclusion]Correspondence analysis is feasible for analyzing the correlation of trace element. |
