基于Matlab的耕整机减速箱的优化设计

摘    要:建立了以耕整机减速箱中心距最小为追求目标,以齿面接触疲劳强度、齿根弯曲疲劳强度、不干涉条件和膜厚比条件等为约束条件的优化数学模型.利用Matlab软件优化工具箱提供的'fmincon'函数进行优化计算.优化结果显示,优化后耕整机减速箱总中心距缩小约10%.

Abstract:The optimal design model of the reducer of tillage machine is established in this paper.The minimum center distance is taken as the objective,and the contact fatigue strength,the bending fatigue strength,the condition of nonintervention and oil film thickness ratio of the reducer are considered as constraint conditions.The optimal model is solved by Matlab,and the optimal results show that the center distance of the reducer is decreased about 10%.
