| Abstract: | Without collectivity forestry property syste reformation ,rural reform will be incomplete,halfway and imperfect.Collectivity forestry system reformation must be promoted as the emphases of current rural reform in an overall way in order to further emancipate and develop the rural productive forces and make full advantages of building a new socialist countryside. |
