冰冻血小板手工制备与自动化生产的比较

摘    要:目的:探讨一种既能最大限度保证质量又省时省力的冰冻血小板制备方法。方法:将526人份的单采血小板分成自动化生产组(280人份)和手工制备组(246人份),并进行冰冻制备,对两种制备方法所用时间和所制备的冰冻血小板合格率进行比较。结果:自动化生产组冰冻血小板的合格率为96.1%,手工组为82.9%,两组比较具有统计学差异(χ2=55.76,P<0.01)。自动化生产组生产冰冻血小板的时间明显缩短,与手工制备组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.376,P<0.01)。结论:自动化生产制备冰冻血小板合格率高,省时省力,制备标准化、规范化,质量安全、稳定。
