大豆籽粒兰脐性状及其分离规律

摘    要:本文通过对大豆F_1代组合、F_2、F_3代籽粒兰脐分离系统的单株籽粒脐色的调查,所得数字进行了适合性测定,得出大豆兰脐性状产生的原因及其分离规律。控制白花亲本籽粒脐色的基因有带与不带R基因之分。带R基因的白花亲本与紫花亲本杂交,F_1代籽粒出现兰脐,其基因型为I—R—W_1—tt,不带R基因的白花亲本与紫花亲本杂交,F_1代籽粒为无色脐,基因型为I—rrW_1—tt。F_1代籽粒兰脐性状的出现,不受亲本紫、白花正反交组合方式的影响。兰脐性状受多对基因控制,F_2代籽粒脐色分离符合独立分配规律。当控制脐色的基因有两对相差时(R、r,W_1、w_1)兰脐与无色脐之比为9:7。

Abstract:In this experiment, after investigating the hilum colour of tbe individual-plant seeds in the combination of the F1 generation and the separate lines of the blue hilum of the F2, F3 generations, has tested obtained figures have been determined in chi-square x2 test; finally, the cause of emergence of the blue hilum characters and law of its segregation are found. Some of white-flowered parents carry the R gene which controls its hilum colour, others do not carry the R gene. When the white-flowered parent carrying the R gene is crossed with the purple-flowered, pall the seeds of the F1 generation will be of the hilum, and its genotype is the I-R-W1-tt. When the white-flowered parent not carrying the R gene is crossed with the purple-flowered parent, all the seeds of the F1generation will be of the colourless hilum, and its genotype is the I-rr W1-tt. The appearence of the blue hilum of the seed in the F1 generation is not affected by the combining ways of the reciprocal crosses between the purple-flowered and white-flowered parents. The blue hilum character is controlled by pairs of genes. The segregational proportion of the hilum colour of the seeds in the F2 generation is in accordance with the law of independent assortment. When two pairs of genes among all pairs of genes which control various colours of the hilum are not same, the segregational proportion of the blue and colourless hilum will be 9:7.
