摘    要:为了考察S-甲基苯基(1,2,3)噻二唑-7-硫代羧酸酯(benzothiodiazole,BTH)诱导西瓜对小西葫芦黄花叶病毒(Zuccini yellow mosaic virus,ZYMV)、西瓜花叶病毒(Watermelon mosaic virus,WMV)与甜瓜对黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)的抗病效果,分别在接种ZYMV、WMV、CMV前喷施BTH。结果表明:在接种ZYMV、WMV、CMV前3d用25μg/mLBTH处理西、甜瓜,4周后植株的病情指数减少,相对防效分别为55.6%、56.8%、78.2%;进一步研究发现,经BTH处理后,诱导时间的长短对病情指数有一定的影响;BTH对病毒病的防治效果优于病毒A、病毒K、宁南霉素、芸薹素内酯。

Abstract:Benzo- (1,2,3)-thiadiazole-7-carbothioic acid S-methyl ester (benzothiodiasole, BTH) was applied to water-melon and melon plants to test systemic acquired resistanee(SAR)in watermelon plants against Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV)and Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), and melon plants against Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). The application of BTH was done before the plants were inoculated with ZYMV ,WMV and CMV. The resistance was evident with reduced dis-ease severity in BTH-treated plants. The average relative effectiveness 4 weeks after treatments was 55.6% ,56.8% ,78.2% for ZYMV, WMV and CMV, respectively, when watermelon and melon plants were treated with BTH at concentration of 25 μg/mL 3 days before virus inoculations. Further research showed that the time between treatment with BTH and inoculation with virus also affected disease indices. The effectiveness of BTH was better than that of moroxydine hydrochloride copper acetate, K virusicide, Ningnanmycin and brassinolide.
