日粮纤维水平对鹅肠道正常菌群的影响

摘    要:采用稀释滴种的细菌定量方法,研究了日粮中添加不同比例的羊草对成年产蛋五龙鹅肠道的4个部位(十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠)内容物中正常菌群的数量变化,并初步探明鹅肠道微生物区系.结果显示:双歧杆菌数量最高(8.12±0.8),其次是梭菌和乳酸杆菌(分别为7.98±0.4,7.33±0.4).盲肠内细菌数高于其他肠段(P<0.01).各肠段内细菌总数高纤维组高于低纤维组(P<0.01),公鹅高于母鹅(P<0.05).双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和梭菌的数量极显著地高于其他菌类(P<0.01),为成年产蛋鹅肠道中的优势菌群.

Abstract:The quantitative method of diluted inoculability was used to study the effect of different proportions of Leymus chinensis on normal microbiological floras in four parts(duodenum,jejunum,ileum and caecum) of intestines of adult egg-laying goose.The result indicated that the dominant bacteria in the intestines were Bifidobacterium with a logarithmic value of 8.12±0.8,which was followed by Clostridium and Lactobacillus with the logarithmic value of 7.98±0.4 and 7.33±0.4.The number of bacteria in caecum was significantly higher than that in the other intestinal segments(P<0.01).The number of bacteria of the high fibre group was larger than that of the low fibre group(P<0.01),and that of gander was higher than goose(P<0.05).The number of Bifidobacterium,Clostridium and Lactobacillus was significantly larger than that of the other bacteria,and they were the dominant bacteria floras in egg-laying goose.
