| 摘 要： | 利用组织培养方法不仅可以进行大规模工厂化育苗,提高繁殖系数,还可产生体细胞无性系变异,创造出新种质应用于沙棘遗传育种的研究。本文主要介绍了近年来我国沙棘组织培养的研究状况,并探讨了沙棘组培中存在褐化等问题的原因及解决途径。

| Abstract: | Tissue culture provide a basis for industrialization of artificial breeding,increase cultivation index,also,produce somaclonal variation and create new germplasm applied to study of genetics-breeding,research advances in tissue culture of Chinese sea buckthorn were reviewed in this paper,the reason of brownness and control ways were put forward. |
