| 摘 要： | 小型发电机定子铁心卷叠加工中带料的回弹数值，是该工艺专用设备设计中的重要参数之一．本文从材料纯弯曲中的弹塑性变形与卸载回弹的计算入手，结合试验结果，归纳推导出的回弹值计算公式，可以实际应用．

The resilient value calculation of winding strips with teeth bending in width direction |

| Abstract: | The resilient value of the metal strips is one of the important parameters for devising the equipment used to produce stator cores of small sized direct current dynamos by coiling way. In this paper, by calculating the deformation value of the elasticity and plasticity when metal strips are being winded and the resilient value when they are unloaded, and combining them with test results, the useful formulas for calculating the resilient value are summarized. |
