玉米素和吲哚乙酸与强弱势粒灌浆及胚乳细胞形成

摘    要:细胞分裂素和生长素与强弱势粒灌浆及胚乳细胞形成有密切的关系,玉米素、吲哚乙酸含量与强弱势粒籽灌浆动态基本一致,表现出促进作用。弱势粒比强势粒受精要晚7d左右,其胚胎发育进程也较晚,最终胚乳细胞数也较少.然而细胞体积较大,细胞壁较薄。玉米素通过促进胚乳细胞分裂,增加胚乳细胞数目来促进籽粒灌浆;吲哚乙酸则通过促进胚乳细胞伸长和扩大来促进灌浆。胚乳细胞分裂时期的细胞分裂素、生长素含量分别决定了最终胚乳细胞数目和大小。

Abstract:Zeatin ,Indoacetic acid content correlated closely with grainsfilling. The contents of zeatin, Indoacetic acid were consistent with grainsfilling, it illustrated that zeatin, Indoacetic acid promoted grains filling. The inferior grains developed later, their endosperm cells were fewer but bigger than that of superior grains. Zeatin promoted endosperm cell division; indoacetic acid promoted endosperm cell to stretch and enlarge. The contents of zeatin and indoacetic acid determine the number and volume of endosperm cell respectively.
