| 摘 要： | 用新城疫(ND)单抗酶联试剂盒检测从疑有新城疫病毒强毒感染的鸡群中采集泄殖腔棉拭样品68份,检出阳性20份。随机对其中15份样品进行病毒分离,结果阳性符合率为100％(15/15)。结果表明,该试剂盒特异性强,灵敏度高,诊断快速,易于基层推广应用。为ND的确诊和免疫鸡群中NDV强毒感染的监测提供了新方法。

| Abstract: | An ELISA kit based on Monodonal antibodies for rapid diagnosis of newcastle Disease was used to detect NDV infections in Chickens. Out of 68 cloacal swab specimens from flocks which had received live vaccines regularly and suspected of ND existence 20 positives were found. A paralled virus isolation were conducted with randomly assorted 15 specimens. The positive conincidence rate was 100% (15/15). The result in this presentation demonstrated that the ELISA kit based on Monodonal antibody against NDV was Speictic, sensitve and rapid. It could be easily adopted for field Diagnosis. This kit provides a valuable novel tool for the diagnosis, Survellance, epidmiological study of Newcastle Disease. |
