乳酸杆菌对罗非鱼生长和抗病力的影响

摘    要:【目的】探讨乳酸杆菌对罗非鱼生长和抗病力的影响,为乳酸杆菌在水产养殖上应用提供参考依据。【方法】将乳酸杆菌分别按0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的比例添加于饲料中投喂罗非鱼,在饲养20d后分别计算增重率、存活率及饲料系数,并以链球菌悬液进行攻毒试验,统计攻毒后7d内的累积死亡率及攻毒后第2d罗非鱼的肠道菌群。【结果】以添加乳酸杆菌的饲料投喂罗非鱼,其增重率显著高于未添加乳酸杆菌的对照组,饲料系数则显著降低,且随添加比例的增加,罗非鱼增重率呈上升趋势、饲料系数呈下降趋势。链球菌攻毒试验结果表明,投喂添加乳酸杆菌饲料的罗非鱼的抗病力高于对照组,且添加比例越高,抗病力越强。测定罗非鱼的肠道菌群发现乳酸杆菌可有效抑制罗非鱼肠道病菌的增殖。【结论】乳酸杆菌有利于促进罗非鱼的生长和提高抗病力,可在水产养殖中推广应用。

Abstract:【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to observe the growth properties and disease resistance in tilapia fish on supplementation of Lactobacillus in their feed. 【Method】Different concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3%) of Lactobacillus were added to the feed used for raising tilapia, the weight increment, survival rate and feed coefficient were calculated after 20 days. The fishes were artificially infected with Streptococcus iniae suspension derived from diseased tilapia, and the intestinal flora and accumulated mortality of tilapia were recorded after 2 and 7 days, respectively. 【Result】The results showed that the feed containing Lactobacillus decreased the feed coefficient significantly and resulted in a significant increase in the weight gaining rate, which increased with increase in Lactobacillus concentration in feed, however, the feed coefficient showed a decreasing trend. The disease resistance of tilapia fed with feed containing Lacto-bacillus was higher than that the control and enhanced with increasing Lactobacillus concentration in feed. The reproduction of intestinal flora in tilapia infected with S. iniae was found to be inhibited by Lactobacillus. 【Conclusion】Lactobacillus supplementation was found to improve the growth of tilapia and enhance the disease resistance, and could be recommended for commercial aquaculture production systems.
