摘    要:【目的】为新选育玉米自交系的利用和新组合测配提供依据。【方法】以柳州市农业科学研究所选育的10个玉米自交系为试验材料,采用"温带×热带、亚热带"杂交模式,按不完全双列杂交配组,并对25个杂交组合进行农艺性状鉴定,随机区组设计,3次重复,分析玉米自交系主要农艺性状的配合力效应。【结果】杂交组合在产量、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、百粒重和出籽率等性状的差异达显著或极显著水平。父本产量GCA值大小顺序为:柳5112〉柳5115〉柳2006〉柳2106〉柳5108,母本为:柳4073〉柳4075〉柳407〉柳4209〉柳4206。杂交组合柳4075×柳5112、柳4073×柳5112、柳4073×柳2106等6个组合的SCA值远高于其他组合。【结论】自交系柳407、柳4073、柳5112、柳5115的GCA效应值比较高,其组配的杂交种在产量、穗长、行粒数等性状上具有明显优势,具有较好的杂种优势利用潜力。

Abstract:Objective]The objective of the current study was to evaluate the combining ability and hybrid patterns in maize inbred lines in order to utilize them together with new hybrid combinations of test-crosses.Method]Ten maize inbred lines,bred at Liuzhou Agricultural Research Institute,Liuzhou,Guangxi(China),were planted in field in randomized block design(incomplete diallel cross) with three replicates.Combining ability of agronomic traits in 25 combinations were investigated.Result]The yield,ear length,ear diameter,rows per ear,100-grain weight and seed-producing rate of different combinations differed significantly at 0.01 or 0.05 probability levels.The order of GCA value(general combining ability) of male parents was Liu 5112Liu 5115Liu 2006Liu 2106Liu 5108,while the order of female parents was Liu 4073Liu 4075Liu 407Liu 4209Liu 4206.The SCA value(specific combining ability) of six combinations,viz.,Liu 4075×Liu 5112,Liu 4073×Liu 5112,Liu 4073×Liu 2106,etc.,were much higher than the others.Conclusion]GCA effect value of inbred lines Liu 407,Liu 4073,Liu 5112 and Liu 5115 were quite high.The hybrid combinations crossed by them had significant advantages in the yield,ear length,grains per row,etc.,and had good potentials in heterosis utilization.
