| 摘 要： | 【目的】调查广西低碳农业发展现状及存在的问题,为促进广西低碳农业发展提供参考。【方法】通过座谈研讨与实地考察相结合的方法对广西低碳农业发展现状进行调查。【结果】广西在发展低碳农业过程中,主要存在各级农业部门领导、技术人员以及直接从事农业生产的农户低碳意识不强,低碳农业技术受到农业边缘化限制,化肥农药使用量逐年上升,科技创新保障体系不完善,秸秆、农业废水随意丢弃现象普遍,农业分散经营、低碳农业无法形成规模化发展,财政投入与政策扶持力度不足等问题。【建议】加大低碳农业宣传力度、加快＂减量化＂农业发展、建设标准粮田、提高耕地综合生产能力、推进沼气生态工程建设、加快农业低碳技术研发、加大对低碳农业的投入、多渠道筹措发展资金、完善相应的法律法规和政策等,以促进广西低碳农业的发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective]The present paper was aimed to investigate the current status of low-carbon agriculture and its existing problems in Guangxi in order to find out the strategies for its development.Method]On-the-spot investigations were performed and appropriate personnel were consulted for collecting the information.Result]The main problems restricting the development of low-carbon agriculture in Guangxi were as follows：lack of the awareness about low-carbon agriculture in higher agricultural authorities,technicians and farmers,restrained development of low-carbon agricultural technologies due to marginalization of agriculture,heavy use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,imperfection of science and technology innovation security system,illogical discharge of agricultural effluent and wastage of dried biomass（straws and leaves）,scattered agriculture operations and failure in scale development of low-carbon agriculture,lack of finance investment and support,etc.Suggestion]Some suggestions have been given in order to promote the development of low-carbon agriculture in Guangxi,which included large-scale advertisements for promoting low-carbon agriculture,reductions on emission of carbon,agricultural wastes and application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,construction of standard grain cropland,upgrade of farmland comprehensive production capacity,advancement of ecological biogas project,acceleration on the development of low-carbon agricultural technologies,increasing inputs in low-carbon agriculture,multi-channel financing,implementation of relevant rules and regulations and attractive policies,etc. |
