| 摘 要： | 通过分析黑龙江省农作制现状可知：黑龙江省农作制体系中种植业是核心和重点,种植业发达,畜牧业发展快速,农产品加工业不发达,农产品主要以原料的形式转化为经济效益,产品附加值较低。为加快黑龙江省农作制向现代农作制度转变,应加速地方土地流转,建立集约化、规模化经营的农作制;调整和优化产业结构,促进产业链延伸;建立高产、高效和可持续发展的农作制。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the status of farming system in Heilongjiang province,we knew that planting was the core and focus in the farming system.Planting was well developed and animal husbandry developed rapidly.Agricultural products processing was not well developed,agricultural products sailed mainly in the form of raw materials and value-added of products was very low.In order to speed up the changes of farming system into modern one,firstly we should speed up the transferring of local land,establish intensive,large-scale operated farming system.Secondly we should adjust and optimize industrial structure and improve extension chain of modern farming system.Thirdly should establish high-yield,efficient and sustainable farming system. |
