黄瓜花叶病毒分子变异分析

摘    要:利用不同生物信息学软件及算法对黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)的分子变异进行分析.结果表明:不同CMV分离物外壳蛋白基因的核苷酸序列同源性为76.1%~99.2%.系统进化分析显示不同CMV分离物分为3个大的类群,不同分离物呈现一定的地域相关性,未见明显寄主相关性.重组分析显示澳大利亚...

Abstract:Molecular variation of Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)was analyzed by bioinformatic software and algorithms.Sequence analysis of coat protein gene showed nucleotide acid identities ranged from 76.1% to 99.2%.Phylogenetic analysis showed that all isolates of CMV fell into 3 clades.In a certain degree,the clades were related with the geological distributions of CMV,but it was not related with the host origin.Recombine analysis suggested that Australian isolate 243 was likely to be the one of recombine between Chinese isolate PE and Korean isolate Ca-p1.
