| 摘 要： | 集体林权制度改革日益深化,森林资源资产的处置、转让和抵押贷款等经济行为频繁发生,为了探索森林资源评估理论与实务,选取昆明北市林区云南松为研究对象,结合资产评估理论,对云南松商品林林木资产进行评估。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform of collective forest property right system and frequent occurrence of the economic behavior about disposal of forest resources assets,transfer,mortgage loan and so on,in order to explore the theory and practice of the evaluation on forest resources,this study evaluated the asset of commercial forest of Pinus yunnanensis Franch by taking Pinus yunnanensis Franch as the objective and combining the theory of aset ealuation. |
