| 摘 要： | 从理论层面分析了新型城镇化对雾霾污染的影响作用,运用熵值法计算了我国雾霾较严重的15个省份新型城镇化的综合评分,建立了分析体系,并基于非线性面板门槛回归模型,分析了在不同要素影响下,15省新型城镇化对雾霾污染的非线性关系。结果表明:①全国各地区新型城镇化综合水平具有明显的差异,从东部到西部城镇化水平呈递减趋势;②新型城镇化对雾霾污染存在双门槛效应,当经济发展水平提高时,新型城镇化水平对雾霾污染的缓解作用逐渐加强;③在能源强度与新型城镇化作为门槛变量时,新型城镇化对雾霾污染的削弱作用降低。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the theoretical relationships between haze pollution and new urbanization.Entropy method is used to calculate comprehensive score of new-type urbanization in 15 provinces with severe haze in China,and the analysis system is established.Based on the nonlinear panel threshold regression model,the nonlinear relationships between new urbanization and haze pollution in 15 provinces under the influence of different factors are analyzed.The results show that there is a big gap between eastern and western provinces in the construction of new urbanization.The level of urbanization from the east to the west shows a decreasing trend.New urbanization has a double threshold effect on haze pollution.When the level of economic development increases,the mitigation effect of new urbanization level on haze pollution gradually strengthened;When energy intensity and new-type urbanization are taken as threshold variables,the weakening effect of new-type urbanization on haze pollution is reduced. |
