摘    要:在建立反相高效液相色谱法的同时,测定不同产地茶叶中没食子酸和绿原酸的含量。结果表明:当绿原酸进样量0.092~0.92μg,没食子酸进样量0.075 6~0.756 0μg时,回归方程具有良好的线性关系;该方法准确、快速、重现性好,可用于茶叶中没食子酸和绿原酸含量的测定;5个不同产地的茶叶中没食子酸和绿原酸含量有明显差异。

Abstract:A RP-HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid and gallic acid in tea from different regions was established.The results showed that the liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0.092~0.92 μg,and the liner range of gallic acid was 0.075 6~0.756 0 μg.The method was accurate,rapid,reproducible and suitable for determination of chlorogenic acid and gallic acid in tea. There were significant differences in the contents of chlorogenic acid and gallic acid in tea from five regions.
