摘    要:讨论了履带车辆在各工况下的行驶载荷及其在传动系试验台架上的当量阻力转矩,建立了当量阻力转矩的数学模型,并对该阻力转矩在试验台架上的实现进行了研究与模拟。模拟结果表明,采用脉宽调制(PWM)的方法,配以适当的控制系统和控制策略,可以实现车辆行驶载荷的台架模拟要求。

Abstract:In this article,the driving load of tracked vehicle during different working conditions is discussed,the(equivalent) resisting torque of driving load on power train test bench is analyzed,and the mathematic models of equivalent(resisting) torque are established.Researches and simulation are also carried out for the realization of the resisting torque on power train test bench.The result of simulation shows that the equivalent resisting torque can be actualized on test bench through Pulse-Width Modulation method with appropriate control system and control strategy.
