| Abstract: | The polymorphisms of 29 tomato inbred lines were investigated by 242 pairs of microsatellite primers, and 34 pairs of microsatellite primers with clearly amplified bands and good reproducibility were screened, the mean number of allele was 4.53, the mean polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.514 1, the cumulative power of discrimination (CDP) was 0.999 999. 11 pairs of microsatellite primers from 34 ones were used for parentage identification of 9 materials. The analysis results showed that the triplet cumulate excluding probability of paternity (CPE1) reached 0.999 999 9, the diad cumulate excluding probability of paternity (CPE2) was 0.999 984, the cumulate PI of ‘01-230’ material was 5 024.394 6, the relative chance of paternity (RCP) was 0.999 8, which was more than 99.73%.The results of this study revealed that 34 pairs of microsatellite primers could be used in the parentage identification of tomato with high assignment rate and accuracy. |
