摘    要:为研究发酵豆粕对黑猪断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫指标的影响,试验选择25日龄、体重为(6.2±0.3)kg的仔猪108头,随机分为3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组),每组3个重复,每个重复12头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别用发酵豆粕代替基础饲粮中5%和10%的普通豆粕,进行为期28 d饲养试验,测定分析生长性能和免疫指标。结果表明:5%替代组(试验Ⅰ组)对仔猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),对腹泻率无显著影响(P>0.05),而10%替代组(试验Ⅱ组)显著提高末均重、日增重和日采食量(P<0.05),显著降低料肉比和腹泻率(P<0.05)。免疫指标方面,试验组淋巴细胞数和IgM含量与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但10%替代组(试验Ⅱ组)IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05)。说明用发酵豆粕代替10%的普通豆粕可以显著改善黑猪断奶仔猪生长性能,提高免疫力。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance and immune indexes in weaned black pigs. 108 piglets with the weanling age of 25 d and weight of(6.2±0.3) kg were randomly allocated to three groups(control group, experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ), with three replicates in each group and 12 piglets in each replicate. Pigs in the control group was fed a basal diet, the experimental groups were treated with 5% and 10%fermented soybean meal to replace normal soybean meal, respectively. The test period was 28 days. The results showed that 5% replacement level had no significant effect on growth performance and diarrhea rate(P>0.05), while10% replacement level can increase piglets average finishing weight, daily gain and daily intake(P<0.05),significantly decrease feed-to-weight ratio and diarrhea rate(P<0.05). For immune indexes, the lymphocyte count and IgM content in experimental groups were no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05),whereas, the content of IgG was significantly higher at 10% replacement group(P<0.05). It was concluded that the growth performance and immune index of weaned black pigs can be significant improved by replacing the normal soybean meal with 10% fermented soybean meal.
